@jbz I remember a case of a architectural company from Iraq.
They used AutoCAD (what else?).

Now AutoCAD saves their customers data in a datacenter in the USA ("cloud").
When the US invaded Iraq they also started economic embargos.
That company lost all customer data and was unable to continue their work.

@jbz A quick reminder coming from the age of decentralized Internet:

It is a BAD idea to host all the data on some american bookstores datacenter.
AWS is bad.
Microsoft can also toggle a killswitch on all their cloud based services like teams, onedrive, office360 and online managed user accounts.
Google? Meta? Signal?
Same.

Dont be fooled.
There is no cloud.
Just computers owned by companies ruled by an actual nazi government.
Get out there now.
